A Series & Other MobileI have been trying to access the diagnostics menu for a while but It doesn't seem to be working, every time I enter the code the dialer just gets cleared and nothing happens. I searched online and it said I should turn auto blocker off, but I can't find it anywhere in the settings. And I'm not sure if it's even supported on the A series. Is there something I need to do first to access the diagnostics menu?

A Series & Other MobileIf its not showing up where I mentioned then your device doesn't support Auto Blocker and you will have to use the Diagnostics menu in the support tab of the Members app since you can't use the codes that some carriers disable

A Series & Other MobileGo to your phone settings and disable this option
Phone settings
Security and Privacy
Auto Blocker
Toggle Off
Its been disabling the use of codes in the dialer plus it depends on if your carrier allows the use of them

A Series & Other MobileI have the A54 and I have the auto blocker setting. I have it turned off. I don't believe the low end A series supports that. I think the lowest A's do not support a lot of things. Those are really meant for those on a budget who only needs a phone that accesses the internet and does some stuff.

A Series & Other MobileWhy bother with phone codes, when the diagnostics exist in device care and the support tab of the members app?
