Does the samsung galaxy A10e have Bixby voice? I couldn't find a button on the screen to summon it.

Bixby is only currently available with the Galaxy S10/S10+/S10e/Note10/Note10+/Note9/S9/S9+/Note8/S8/S8+/A80/A70/A60/A50.

I have a note 8 and since the last update my Bixby voice assistant won't work, the last thing I try is to wipe cache partition the green android logo didn't come up but getting no command. is there anything else I can do,,, it is such a sad situation when you buy a phone that should have this app on the phone and then they just took it away like that.
