Who says budget phones can't have good cameras? I think the budget phone cameras may be as good or better than the high-end phones because that's the bone they throw you for the lack of other tech (just my opinion, though), and it's not that expensive just to put the same cameras in. The way I hear people complaining about the AI in the flagships "ruining" their photos, maybe us budgeters are better off. I, for one, specifically bought the A54 because I did not want all the high-end features and didn't want to pay for what I was never going to use.
Usually is more about who takes the picture rather that with what, you can have the best camera but if you don't know how to use it properly then a budget camera would take better pictures. But yes your picture looks really good
Input and output. You need to first know what kind of phone you have and the resolution it supports. Then, if you have a good phone judging by the specs, determine the answer which could be objective because everyone is different. My a54 phone and my judgment leans on the YES side, it looks like a professional lizard photo.
