Duplicate email and spam notifications

Very annoying and getting spam messages multiple times.

All of a sudden, I'm getting so many spam emails. Wounder why?

Enough is enough !!. I finally opened up a new gmail account, notified doctor's offices, pharmacies, friends, etc. Sure, it took me a couple of hours, but email is a breeze now. And no more giving out my email address 😮
