On my Galaxy a51 home screen when I touch and hold on the widget it gives me the small pop-up which shows select it,trash it or file it. However the file and they select options are dimmed and unusable. I was hoping to create a file as it looks like it's possible except it is dimmed and unusable. Any ideas on how I can correct this in programming? Or set up.
Note! This is on the home screen ,not a repeat ,not on the app screen!
