A friend of mine obtained a new Samsung A15 and asked me to set up some applications on his phone. I defined passwords and fingerprint to access the phone. I wrote all information on notes inside the phone. After 3 days the fingerprint stopped working and required phone password, that was not memorized and just written on a note inside locked phone. Regardless of the fact that this is so not just on the side of Samsung corporation to have such a 72-hour policy without prior knowledge of costumers, the actual question is: How to open the phone, while fingerprint not working and password not available?
