A Series & Other MobileI had 2 fingerprints registered on my A51 5G and one of my fingers has a cut and bandaid. So go to use 2nd finger, and doesn't work. Then TRY EVERY finger, with no success.

A Series & Other MobileHello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out about this. I can see how inconvenient this is for you not registering your fingerprints. Your phone's fingerprint sensor provides a convenient and secure way to unlock your phone, and keeps your personal information safe. If you are having trouble using your fingerprint sensor there are a few things to consider: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01200322/
We also recommend running the Diagnostics under the Support tab in the Samsung Members app.
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.
