Found a Locked Samsung A14, is there a way to access without knowing the password or Gmail?

I found a A14 that is locked but I don't know the password or Gmail does anyone know how to get into it

Sorry but the only way to gain access to the phone would be with the Password its pretty much useless without the Password.

You "found" the phone? Is it yours or is it someone else's? Lack of details makes your story seem very fishy to me.

Not mine, I found it but I ran the imei # and it isn't stolen and there is no info on the phone that I can get into as to who's it is

Drop it off at the local police station and hope someone is looking for it.  That's all you can do.

If you want to try to connect it with its owner, try swiping the lock screen up and looking for the emergency contacts and call one of them. That's how my sister's phone was returned to me so I could return it to her. Or, turn it into the police as @GaryB82 suggested.

Did you try turning it off and when you power back on:

Hold Volume up, Power buttons at same time.
When "Samsung" and the writing under it appears release keys.
Should get a menu in which you have to use Volume keys to navigate to "Reset phone" or "Factory Reset" and then press Power key.

This should Factory Reset the phone. There are various how to videos on YouTube.
