A Series & Other MobileLe micro de mon Galaxy A02s fonctionne très bien lorsque je parle, et je suis bien entendue. Et lorsque j'active le haut parleur, j'entends la voix amplifiée de mon interlocuteur.trice qui ne m"entend plus. Que faire ?

You can also check the hardware by running diagnostics in the Members app under the support tab.
If troubleshooting is unable to resolve the concerns you are experiencing, service is recommended. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
