When someone calls me, or I call them they cannot hear me unless I turn on speaker.

I have done all the diagnostics and all show ok.

I even tried wiping the cache partition as suggested by someone in the community.

I know the mic is working because sound is recorded when doing a video.

Please can someone help me?

Hello Members_SrCnW6l, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out and telling us what troubleshooting steps you have tried. I can see how inconvenient it is to not be heard on calls unless on speakerphone. If your phone or tablet is misbehaving, it's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe mode feature. In Safe mode, your device won't run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identify and remove the app that may be causing the problem: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

You can also try a factory reset after backing up all your data. Follow this guide carefully: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
