Galaxy J7 no sound notifications when I get a text

when I get a text there's no sound, I've checked to make sure everything is turned up and notifications are on but I'm not getting a sound when I get a text

I was having this same problem I tried everything. Al my notifications settings were on so I ended up uninstalling my max cleaner and my battery saver app I had installed and my notifications started working again. Dont know which one caused the problem but excited it's fixed cause I was ready to get a new phone and leave Samsung behind even though I love all the features on this phone. Especially the work profile and the dual sim messaging.

my Samsung A11 has no notifications sound and media. I restarted it and nothing. any help would be appreciated
