A Series & Other Mobile
I received a security update a week ago which broke the voice calling feature of the mobile. I'm unable to place any outgoing call/receive any incoming call.
I tried the following steps
1. Network settings reset
2. All settings reset
3. Clearing cache partition
4. Repairing apps
5. Disabled caller ID protection
6. Tried enabling/disable VOLTE
7. Submitted error reports in members app
8. Tried contacting samsung support
9. Tried switching sim cards
10. Multiple restarts/ soft reboot
11. Tried booting into safemode
None of the above worked. Right now I can only use device for mobile data/sms
