A Series & Other MobileI do not believe it can be bypassed, it's a security measure to limit the usefulness of stolen phones. You would have to know the passwords to the Google and Samsung accounts in order to have the device removed from said accounts so that they can be re-registered to another account. You might have luck with contacting Google & Samsung, explaining the situation and perhaps providing a d-e-a-t-h certificate or whatever proof they need.
