Google prompt appears later than usual

How come the prompt appears later than usual? I'm on my Galaxy J3 btw.

Not sure what you're mean the dign in page or what are you seeing

On the device check the Google folder under accounts shows it's signed in but could have another account my guess is it's not syncing check that also

Could be security feature or 2fa detecting a log in

Could be a network issue.  In order for the 2FA prompts to be pushed to your devices, it still needs to go through wi-fi or mobile networks.
