IT'S BEEN ABOUT A MONTH NOW BUT MY HOTSPOT HAS BEEN OUT. I ALREADY CONTACTED MY CARRIER & SAME OLD BS EVERYTIME LEAVING ME WITH NO HOTSPOT. I ALREADY CHECKED RECKECK DOUBLE CHECK UNINSTALL REINSTALL RESET EVEYTHING & RIGHT NOW I'M ON MY 3RD RESET & UPLOADED BEEN UPLOADING.. QUESTION, HOW DO I GET MY HOTSPOT WORKING AGAIN?????

A Series & Other MobileI understand how frustrating this is. Here are some additional steps you can try:
- Most mobile service providers require you to have an additional Hotspot plan on your account.
- If you have recently changed carriers, tethering may not work because the function cannot contact your previous carrier.
- Verify that mobile data is currently enabled and is working properly on your phone.

If the troubleshooting is not helpful and you are not experiencing any issues with mobile data, calls, or texts, then service would be recommended.
