How do I keep voice to text from guessing at the wrong words question mark

Speak clearly and at a pace your phone can deal with. Practice dictation to notes, searches, ect. You voice train your phone.

Switch your voice typing engine to Google Voice Typing.  Settings/general management/keyboard list and default and turn on Google Voice Typing.  It's much more accurate and will type the correct punctuation when you speak the punctuation.
