A Series & Other MobileTry obtaining a new SIM card from your carrier to see if it's just the SIM that's bad. You can run a diagnostic on the SIM from your phone. Diagnostics can be accessed through Device Care or through the support tab of the Samsung Members app. Keep in mind that the diagnostic probably will not be able to determine whether it's the SIM itself or the SIM tray or reader. First thing you should do, though, if you haven't already is carefully open the SIM tray, remove and reseat the SIM to make sure it is seated firmly in the holder, then gently reclose the tray. If that does not result in connectivity, run the diagnostics (which you should do anyway) to see if there is a problem. Then you should visit your carrier store and have them swap out the SIM for a new one. If it still does not connect after that, you will have to visit a repair center to have it evaluated and fixed.
