How to change A14 clock to 24 hour clock?

Is there any way to change to a 24 hour clock on my phone Galaxy A145g

I have a galaxy s23 but I imagine it's the same.
Open settings (the gear in the top right of the notification shade), scroll down to and select "General management" then scroll to and select "date and time".
The last option should be to use 24 hour clock
