I can't hit green button to answer

I have a galaxy A32 5G and When I receive a phone call it will not allow me to answer by hitting the green button it will only answer by hitting side buttons how can I change that

Are you tapping the green button or are you tapping and holding it then swiping

You have to slide it over not tap it
