Moving all files/folders from PC then copy to new phone

I can see all files on my PC for my S20+. The phone screen is dead. Can I simply move all files and folders to my PC, then copy them on my new phone? Not sure if there are any system files that also need to be transferred.

Tried it, but the only 2 options under the 3 dots are Edit and QR scan

Phone settings 

Accounts and Backup

Manage accounts

locate your Google account 

Sync Account 

see if that works
