My A20 is Unusually slow

I'm curious, my a20 is unusually slow and need to know if it may be because of too many downloads  or too many apps and can I just eliminate some of them to make it rite again?  Sorry I'm no genius, just want it to work rite. Jim

Delete any unused apps and buy a cleaner app that deletes hidden cache rather than manually having to do it. And use device care setting.
