In February, 2024 my phone just began shutting down and coming on and shut off. However, I have never over charged it. So thought it needed charging. I took it to a technician. The said the battery is good, the charging port is good. Then a morning I tried to turning it on using the volume down and power button it came on. I saw it show the screen as if it was updated- "optimisating ... with the percentage. To this day it has turned on.
Can someone advise me?
I have pictures of my recent honeymoon of which I didn't get to print or store in the cloud.
I have always purchased samsung phone and researched them before doing so as well.
