Galaxy S22Has anyone else with an S22 Ultra heard of the most recent One UI 6.1 update crashing the motherboard of the phone, making it useless? After the update I lost all service outside of wifi calling. No data, calls, or texts. When I went to the AT&T store, they said it was a known issue after the update. This was almost two weeks ago and I haven't seen or heard of anyone else with this problem. Does Samsung have a fix in the works, or some kind of warranty fix if it truly was the update? I've had my phone for two years so my regular Samsung warranty is gone, but if the update caused the problem Samsung should be fixing it. This is the second model I've had an issue with and I'm tempted to finally switch over to Apple, even though I don't want to.

Galaxy S22Hello all, thanks for reaching out about this. I can see how frustrating it is to have no service after an update.
In order to get to the root cause, we would need to do some troubleshooting. First thing to try is Safe Mode, to see if a third-party application is to blame. If it is, and the behavior is not present during Safe Mode, then uninstall any application(s) that you can until service is restored: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If the behavior is present even under Safe Mode, then the next step is to try general troubleshooting for issues with your mobile network. This guide has those steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212956/
Last bit of troubleshooting should the above not resolve this is to try a factory reset. Back up everything you can beforehand (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/) and give the steps here a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If these steps are not helping, reach out to the carrier, as there are steps only they can take to restore your mobile services.
If the carrier is unable to resolve this, then it's time to look into certified service options.

Galaxy S22Samsung knows these phones (s22 ultra) are flawed but not enough of them were to do a recall. Problem with the Antena cable.. and some with the mother board. The last update removed 4g,3g,2g option... so phone will only work in 5g area.

Galaxy S22- Samsung knows these phones (s22 ultra) are flawed but not enough phones were reported to do a recall. The last update caused this Problem with the bad Antena cable to be exposed. It's an issue with the charging port which is connected to the antenna cable and sim reader(all the same part)...some phones problems were with the mother board. And this last update removed the 4g,3g,2g option... so phone will only work in a 5g area. If you live in a 2g area you are $#%@ out of luck.
