No longer can access internet with Wi-Fi on or off?

I have a pre paid S15. This never happened. The salesman pulled my sim. Saying it was bad. But it didn't work. Also data seems to be mainly off Chrome. I can no longer access internet if not in the house. Wifi on or off. Data saver on doesn't fix it.

Hacked or infected. Have you done a full backup then factory reset?

Resets not working for wifi chrome uses all data in a few days. Internet only works home

Go to settings/battery /background usage limits and put chrome into deep sleep. This will prevent it from running in the background and should stop the data usage. Put on the phone's app protection so it can check for malware. If none of that helps, disable chrome and use another internet browser. It does sound as if you have some malware or spyware going on there.
