I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G. When my screen is locked and shut off, when I unlock it and turn on the screen I receive notifications that I should have. I have gone into settings for Twitter, Lock Screen, Sounds, Notifications and everything is set that anything coming across even if the screen is locked should make a sound. If I have the phone open and I am using it the Tweets come over instantaneously but accumulate when the screen is locked. I have tried various settings in Apps, Battery, Lock Screen, Etc. and seem to have everything correct. This didn't start happening until a few months ago and I could use some help.
