Only wanting calls allowed from contacts

I currently have the Samsung A13 and I am wondering if there is a way to only allow calls and texts from my contacts list only? My Aunt has an iPhone and her phone is setup that way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

And those calls will still go to their voicemail, which they specifically do not want.

As @kimberleigh stated carriers don't block numbers if you contact them they rely on the apps name varies by carrier the phone itself without any carrier app has blocking feature whether it goes to voicemail or not I am not sure
