A Series & Other MobileWe have Galaxy A15 5G phones. When making phone calls, the screen goes to black fairly quickly.
The Screen Timeout is set to 10 minutes. And the option to leave the phone on while looking at it is set to on.
Motions and Gestures is no help because the options there are all on.
Is there an app we can download to help with this or is there an update coming that will help with this?

A Series & Other MobileThe only workaround to this I have found is to return to the home screen or open another app and the call will stay active and the screen will revert to your normal time out. You can set the phone dialer settings to "display during call" either full screen, small pop up or mini pop up. Even if you choose full screen, returning to your home screen will keep the call active with a little call timer on the upper left. You can tap that to return to the call screen if you need to use the buttons.

A Series & Other MobileI often need to use the keypad to select 1 for English for example and that's impossible to do if the screen blanks out all the time - very frustrating!!

A Series & Other MobileYou are not the only one who has to use the number pad, it's frustrating for everyone. One way to prevent the screen from closing is to tap the phone screen when the screen starts to dim to keep it alive.
