Phone and Messaging icons disappeared.

Samsung Galaxy A13 5G Phone - After a Software Update today my Phone and Messaging icons disappeared from my screen.

Question:  How do I get these icons back on my screen?

Hi,

You are not going to believe this.  There, is a screen to the left of the main screen which I never used.  After the software update, it shifted those icons from the right of the main screen to the left of the main screen.

That's a real noob "duh" moment isn't it!

P.S.  I got my first cell phone in 1999.

Are they missing in the bar at the bottom of the screen? If so, go to your applications, long press on the phone icon and select "Add To Home". Then you can drag the icon to wherever you prefer. Do the same with the Messaging icon.

My Messages Icon disappeared after the One UI 6.0 update, but after restarting my S23 twice it suddenly reappeared.
