My phone got locked after the Samsung update, i only inputted correct password once and Samsung locked my phone for 24 hours
This is unfortunate, I don't know what caused this but I didn't have multiple pin entries and Samsung locked my phone for 24 hours, I can't do my business now for several hours
I need an explanation for this, is this some glitch or what?
It happened exactly the same to me today. I have a Samsung A52 5G.
I just updated my phone with "Samsung security patches" and after the final restart it asked for password. I entered it (correctly) just once and then the phone got locked for 24 hours.
I tried to reset my phone but the only result was a reset of the 24 hour lock😞
I can't unlock it using either "Samsung findmymobile" or "Google findmydevice".
How can I solve? Do i really have to wait 24 hours? Can you at least confirm that after 24 hours it's solved?
