Galaxy A14 freezes

I have a.samsung gallexy a14. . I use my phone too much but ive notices that itlike freezes cant scroll in any direction cant hit and thing on the screen, but the app on the phone that checks your features says its good. Then why does it continue..

Do you do regular optimizations? Have you tried drleting the cache partition?
