Just got a new Galaxy M31 and experiencing a problem with  the headphone socket. I  am having to hold the plug firmly in to get stereo sound otherwise only hearing left hand channel. I've tried two quality phones (Audio-Technica and Sony) with same result. Is this a common problem or have I to return the phone for replacement? Such a shame if that is the case.

Thanks Tech1Tv. What worries me is I have a phone full of all my stuff. Do I just take out SIM and SDcards? The built in memory is still there...and I'm then without an essential phone. Not an easy solution. The only solution; but.........
