Quick Menu tiles not appearing

Hi 

I have recently brought A73 which is running Android 12 and Samsung UI 4.The quick setting are showing up as icon but not as tiles.

Can someone can help regarding this

I think that's a Google thing. Samsung doesn't have it like that, from what I know
