A Series & Other MobileAfter my update on my A52, cheap phone, I know, but I'm in a bind - the update has somehow cut my speaker and calls - incoming/outgoing. The only way I can use my phone to talk is with a wired earbud set. All was fine until this update - as fine as it could be with an inexpensive phone.

A Series & Other MobileI am very sorry to hear your A52 speakers aren't working for calls after the latest update, and can understand the frustration and inconvenience. First, I would check your speakers for any signs of damage or anything blocking it, such as lint or dust. Also, check your microphone for similar damage or build-up.

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
