Receives Voicemail but not when the message was left?

I get my voicemail but it does not include when the message was left for me I don't understand why. Feeling clueless. Advice?

Bot sure about paying extra but generally you can get the number and time and date on voicemail

This is the first time I've ever run into this problem. I don't use the visual voicemail, just basic voicemail and it's very unusual to me that no date or time is mentioned as rhe messages are one after another. Idk

After message should have envelope option to get call time etc if it's a saved voicemail it usually tells that at start after message where it gives option to delete or save should have the envelope option

I'm so used to a voicemail just openly telling me the date and time during the message, I haven't dug deep into all the options. I will check into it. Even if I'd have to save it first, some messages are worth it. Thank you!!
