Samsung Gallery no longer compatible

Hello, would anyone know how to pick another gallery app if the one installed is no longer compatible. I have several apps like that but not able to remove them.

2. Samsung Cloud/Account

3. Galaxy Store

@KTMCJN Are you unable to open those apps on your phone? What makes you think that they are no longer compatible?

Galaxy store is giving out an error message. I can't open Galaxy store to update any apps. In Google Play Store, show a few apps that are not compatible with my device. Galaxy store was working just yesterday but these apps say they're no longer compatible and to contact the developer.

Have you restarted your phone? Have you tried wiping the device cache?

It still won't open, same message pops up. I did a system update and agoogle update this morning

In Google Play Store, in manage your apps and under installed apps Samsung gallery, Samsung Cloud, and another Samsung app shows not compatible with device and contact developer. I've taken off auto update for these apps but my main concern is gallery because gallery supposed to be connected to OneDrive

I got the same message if I check Google Play Store.

Try this for the Galaxy Store App:

- Apps  >

- Galaxy Store App  >

- Click on the 3 dots ( ⋮ )  >

- Uninstall Updates  >   

   (If Available)

- Reboot and check if it works now.
