Samsung Theme Keyboard Borders/Customization

Hi there, if anyone could help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it loads as I've been trying to figure this out for the longest time. 🙇🏻‍:female_sign:

How do some theme makers create the borders/decorations (e.g: the ribbon, star, hearts) on the keyboard/keypads? I've checked out Keys Cafe, Theme Park, and several videos but all of them showed the usual customization you can do. Might there be another app to do this? Or is there something I'm overlooking? 

Again, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much! 🙏🏻 *to further clarify, I'm trying to make these decos as I'd like to create my own theme in the future 🙂

Yeah, I think I might just do that. I believe they're using more in-depth tools/programs(?) to do this after searching a bit on the Korean forums, but I might try to contact them. ☺️ thanks so much again for responding, it's sincerely much appreciated! Have a blessed Sunday ahead
