Samsung pay not compatible with A21

When trying to download samsung pay from Google play, it says that samsung pay is not compatible with my device..why not?

What carrier are you using and do you have an account? If yes you should be able to download it successfully.

Carrier is Visable. Owned by Verizon. Yes I have an account..

Then that should not be a problem. Try clearing your cache or download form Galaxy Store if possible and if that doesn't work still, try contacting Samsung support direct.

I'm actually am having a worse issue. I can't find samsung pay in the Google play store OR the galaxy store. I'm using an A21, it has NFC payment, but no samsung pay. It makes no sense
