Id love to assist you. Not too much I can do as no troubleshooting is needed. You  have a cracked screen that needs to be replaced. Ill attach a link that will allow you to choose between mailing in your device or going into one of our facilities.

Once they receive your device to inspect it they will provide you with a repair cost.

Sorry your screen is cracked, but if you wanted to have it repaired you have two options. You can ship your phone to get repaired through our mailing process or visit one of our authorized repair locations and hope for a same day repair.
