Why are my text messages slow to be delivered or show as "Delivered"? Sometimes they say "Sent as SMS via server" before they show as Delivered. Now I have a message to a friend that still does NOT show as "Delivered". It's been over 30 minutes! It still says "Sent as SMS via server". Very concerning. My phone is A13.
