The app icons on my A15 look low, and it's very much annoying me. How do I fix ?

The back and home button merge with the app icons

If you use theme park to set icons then it's going to blurry. Set it up from setting

In the recent apps list (as you are showing) you can turn off that icon row - it is only "recommended apps" and is not necessary to be there.  While you are in that screen, tap the 3-dot menu at the top, select settings and then turn off recommended apps.  You will still see any open, recently used apps, you will just stop seeing the recommended apps icons.
