The pulse monitor doesn't work on my A20?

I got a new A20 and the pulse monitor doesn't work.  The fingerprint sensor works fine.  What am I doing wrong?

Had the same issue a year ago. Was told nothing I could do. So I finally just upgraded my phone. I know that's not a practical option for everyone. But had nothing but issues and that was just the last straw. Upgraded to the Note 10 for work. No issues since.

Sadly the A20 doesn't support monitor because it doesn't have the sensor for doing so

if you want to have a Pulse monitor without upgrading your phone you should check our watch lineup.

they have all the health and monitoring that you need for working out or daily activities.
