Unable to access my Google photos on my Galaxy A54

Hey guys, I'm trying to get my Google photos to work but Samsung Galley keeps c*** blocking it. All my photos are on Google and it worked with my A53. So idk why the A54 doesn't work

Go to the Samsung gallery app and disable notifications and everything else

Your photos are in the cloud and not on the new device. You need to download the photos from Google Photos on to your device.

Mb I'm stupid how do I do that?

Google doesn't allow you to do it from the photos app. If you have Drive setup to host the photos you have to download them there.
