Unable to pick up network connections from any service providers

I have an issue where all of a sudden my phone does not pick up any network.
I have reset the phone, I have checked for any updates that are required.
The phone does not pick up an network for all service providers - I have tried multiple sims and they do not work, yet the sims work on other phones.
I have tried automatic search, and when I select manual search - the various network providers pick up, but they do not connect. 
I have taken the phone to my network carrier to check if there is a network lock but they advised there is non.

I have an a14 that started having the issue after a software update.  Certain locations the phone would be fine but in other areas it will not stay connected to the network.  I could change it to airplane mode a then back and it would connect for a minute then would switch to emergency calls only.  If I started a call it would stay connected until the call ended.  I eventually switched phones and probably will not go back to Samsung unless it is a free phone.  I assume the issue is poor programming.  I loved the phone until it started having the issue.
