Voicemail error AT&T Galaxy A54

 When I first got my first voice-mail when I switched to Galaxy A54 AT&T and it only worked once.

 Now, no voice-mails go to my voice-mail. Now I keep having to call my voice-mail, but the app came with it, and when I had Galaxy a32 boost mobile, it worked it .

when I refreshed the voice-mail for a54, it said mail box maybe non existing or eerror. i will show the photos in the next one.

Go to Settings > Apps > Voicemail tap on Battery then tap on UNRESTRICTED also check to make sure all required permissions are granted

Have you tried checking online on Google play and check devices it'll show what devices your phone is using if it still lists your carrier as boost mobile that might be why it won't work

Okay thanks I went to Settings>apps> type visual voice-mail then I cleared cache and data now it works I setted it up again
