Volume up/down effect delay?

I I can't figure out why there is a delay of effect on my volume up and down keys I have to hold the volume down for a certain amount of time for it to affect change I can't find anywhere in the menus or settings where this was changed please help

Try
Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and Dextarity > Slow keys (pictures attached)

Keep in mind I'm on Android 13, so it may look slightly different, when in doubt, just search for the option "slow keys"

Nailed it...it was that and it was set for .3 second press delay
