weird phone flicking , cant stop

pretty sure a year after i got my phone, this weird flickering has began. at first it was just subtle, stopped every now and again. but now it's happening everyday and i cant make it stop. it's gotten so bad that i can barely see anything on my phone sometimes

Have you tried screen recording, or do you have one of the A models that does not have screen recording?

my phone model is a A10 so.. no it does not have screen recording 😞

If you're using one of the lower A series phones with an LCD, it could be a problem with the backlight and you'll need a new screen.

How old is the phone? You can probably trade it in for an A15 or 25, depending on your budget.

Issues with the electronics themselves need to be diagnosed and repaired at a service shop. A repair could very well cost near the price of a new phone.
