What app are you in when you are trying to claim the reward? Have you been able to perform any troubleshooting for this symptom, if so, could you please provide me with any troubleshooting that may have been performed so we do not repeat anything that has been done already?

I have a samsung note 9 and when I go on the offers and click on any of them its loads and says problem API.CAM_5002.400. Somthing like that
