I am using Samsun book2 pro It's been **TWO YEARS** and my camera is still useless on my laptop! It shows camera is blocked and the most stupid part is that even aftern turning the camera block mode off the same issue persits. This is the worst technological advancement I have ever witnessed which refrains you from using the basic functioning.
Not only this, I’ve sent it to the service center **TWICE**, and both times I was told it’ll be fixed with updates. Guess what?
Still doesn’t work! I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve updated, reset, and tried every possible solution, but nothing works. This is beyond frustrating! I need my laptop for daily tasks, and this issue has made everything so much harder. It's like I’m stuck in an endless cycle of false promises and wasted time.
Samsung, seriously, enough is enough! Either refund me or replace this laptop with one that actually works, because this back-and-forth nonsense is driving me insane!
I request viewers please don't give generic advices like install samsung security app (I could not find any such app for pc), or press f10(Obviously I must have tried that already).

ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! I understand how this can be frustrating with your camera not working. I would recommend trying the following. Please get to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and make sure that camera access is turned on and turned on for each option that you use. The next thing you can try if you have not already is going the following. Hit the Windows key type Services and click open on the service program. After that look for Windows Camera Frame Server and Windows Camera Frame Server Monitor. Double-click on both of those and set them to automatic and then start them. After you will need to restart you computer. If this does not help the service would be the only solution. As your laptop is out of warranty please call in directly to get this set up at 1-800-726-7864.

ComputersThe fun part is when my laptop was in warranty when I complained about it and sent it to the service center for the first time.
Moreover I Showed my dissatisfaction to the service engineer and that gentleman didn't bother to work upon poor service and closed the complaint from their end. 😞
I am currently occupied with something important I will go legal for this soon as I get free from this. If samsung customer service has kept their eyes blind no worries their is consumer court to help. I will put my best to claim every single penny I could not earn or have had wasted for this stupidity.
I have all the relevant screenshots and proofs.
