So I am using a Galaxy Book 4 360. I have an S23 Ultra. Even if I do not have it connected to my laptop, it will default to the phone's camera for everything. Which is perfectly fine in things like Zoom where there is an option to switch to my laptop's camera. The issue is there are several places where I don't have any option to switch the camera. Places such as my telehealth appointments or tech checks that have to show my laptop works as needed. I have camera sharing off on my phone and again, even if I turn Bluetooth off and disconnect them, it still chooses my phone camera. Any suggestions? I did contact Samsung support and gave them access to my laptop but they didn't seem to understand what I was explaining and I got nowhere.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! You need to change the app preferences on Windows. I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for this. But you can try to change it by pressing the Windows key, then going to settings > apps, and choosing the app you want to change the settings for there. After that, you can also try changing the settings from privacy & security > camera and changing the settings from there. But your best bet would be to contact Microsoft support as this is a Windows issue.
