Galaxy Book 4 360 Care Plus Plan Purchase Date Wrong

Trying to buy the Samsung care plus plan, but the purchase date says 01/01/1900 even though I bought it 09/28/2024. How do I fix that?

Thats insane. Lol 1900. We wasn't born yet. I would try to reach out to a tech support team and see if they can fix it

I tried and I can't get ahold of anyone even though it says 24 hr support. As of now I have to wait till Monday or find an answer from someone up here. I thought about just going ahead and buying it, but even Google ai said talk to support because it covers 2 years from purchase date. So 1902. **bleep**.

Hmmm where did you buy the book from? idk why samsung is lacking on support latelty. I'll see if i can find a number

I bought it directly from the Samsung Shop app. I bought the Samsung Care+ for 4 devices about 2 hours before I purchased the laptop. Turns out, since the care+ didn't register under my account yet, it didn't cover my laptop purchase. Which is complete 💩

Samsung wasn't even in business in 1902. It's probably just a coding glitch which would populate correctly upon purchase completion. But you would most likely be better off calling a live person (as if they exist anymore) to get confirmation.

Just my thought or idea in your Samsung account under devices it should be showing the purchase date and serial number etc if bought already as for a new purchase that is odd try there chat
